also, i never do this, while i was stretching… i started to shadow box on the images of current and historical friends. usually i am a forgive and forget kind of person. but, i decided to shadow box on their images to relieve whatever spite i had against them. it was very relieving, i just hope this doesn’t happen in the physical world. i don’t need jail time. it won’t happen.

also i had a dream, one of my old best friends who has an IQ of 148.. he kept saying to me..”you done fucked up” over and over. bc of his intelligence he has always been above me. in the dream, i just head butted his face and he finally shut up. lol when i woke up i had to check my head to see if it was bleeding cuz that headbutt felt genuine. lol

Daniel LA April 6, 2012 at 11:19 am @cool.. yes, it’s a bruteness… i actually am able to summon that bruteness through affirmations, but it’s not a natural thing that just flows from my self. i really have to muster it up to happen. i think i have mastered a lot of alpha skills through practice, affirmations, but i think this version of alpha is more authentic bc it is being created by your own T.
